Our Gastonia facility is used for design, test, debug, and release of the
variety of machine modules we offer. We stock the standardized
components which can be pulled and assembled rapidly for reduced
lead-times and costs.
Our primary focus is Modular Machines, referred to as our 'Mod-Man'
(patent pending) product line. This concept allows you to first purchase a
Module Base Unit, which will be utilized to 'build' your own machine by
simply attaching Modules to the Base Unit via (4) bolt. Modules can be
mounted on the front, rear, and upper surfaces of the Base Unit, as well as
'stacked' to create the exact process you need.
As business conditions change, Modules can be removed, interchanged,
or added without having to duplicate the cost of the Base Unit or common
components originally included with the Base Unit. In addition, the Base
unit can be equipped with a common drive system to power the modules
as needed; or the modules can have individual simple drive systems or
controls to function as a stand alone unit. Both have there distinct
advantages, but the choice is yours.
In addition to the Mod-Man product line, we also carry top quaity
Converting Components at Very Low Prices including Air Shafts, Safety
Chucks, Drives, and Tensioning components. You can literally order
Modules Blanks, Purchase Components, and build your own machine.
